The Institute of law enforcement was established by the order of the Academy № K-5/272 25.11.2011 on the basis of the decision of the Academic Council of the Academy from 24.11.2011 (Minutes № 3) in order to improve the structure management of educational process, improvement of educational-methodical and educational work by combining the Investigative and forensic Institute SHUA and the Institute of Russian and international law SHUA, for many years producing highly qualified lawyers.
In turn Investigative and forensic Institute was the successor of the investigative and forensic Department of SUE them. DI Kursk, created in 1976. Institute of Russian and international law was the legal successor of the Department of Russian and international law of SUI created by order of the rector of SUI # K – 5/66 from 08 June 1994 in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of the Institute of March 17, 1994.
Institute of Russian and international law was the legal successor of the faculty of Russian and international law (with full reimbursement of training costs), established as a structural unit of the Saratov legal Institute of the order of rector of SUI # K – 5/66 from 08 June 1994 in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of the Institute of March 17, 1994. In order to improve the activity of structural subdivisions of CHAP on the basis of the decision of the Academic Council of the Academy of 24 February 1995, the faculty of Russian and international law was reorganized into the Institute of Russian and international law by the order of the rector of SHOP # K – 5/22 from 01 March 1995.
